Thanks, it's about $25 shipped USPS Priority. Yes, it runs on standard 110 power. The Sous Vide PID controller runs on 110 as well.

I just put the probe in the mash tun. However, I have an end plate for the RIMS tube that will accept an Auberins liquid tight NPT probe, if you're interested in inserting the probe directly in the tube.
