Elderflower Mead Recipe?

So I bought myself 500g dried elderflowers and some medium french toasted oak. Anybody have any decent recipes to try?

Not necessarily together but recipes for both or individually?

100L Litewski (33% up to 66% honey)
150g juniper
100g elderflower
Simmer 30 minutes in a baggie with the honey-water, then squish dry and toss.

Is that a 100L recipe? amounts of juiper and elderflower seem a bit low

The amounts of Juniper and Elderflower do seem low, but those are the correct measures. Maybe bump it up, but keep the ratio 3:2?

I dunno. When I make elderflower wine, mine come in 2 oz packs and I use 1 oz for every gallon (US) I make. I prefer elderflower wine to mead but I would use the same amount of dried flowers per gallon of mead. My go to is about 12% ABV (so a scant 3 lbs of honey).
