Its a 60L (16 US GAL) batch but I can scale it up on Beer Smith.]

I'm planning a clean up batch with similar hops (Citra and El Dorado). I have lowered the IBUs because the Citra is 2016 and the El Dorado is 2017. Looks like you're going for a NE IPA, I'm going for a West Coast IPA. I might be going crazy with hops but it is a cleanup batch.

Here's what I have so far:

Nothing like Fresh Squeezed
Method: All Grain
Style: American IPA
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 11.5 gallons (ending kettle volume)
Boil Size: 13.2 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.054 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 78% (ending kettle)

Original Gravity:1.062
Final Gravity:1.011
ABV (alternate):6.96%
IBU (tinseth):64.27
SRM (daniels):10.19

I like El Dorado in terms of aroma and flavour. It's a milder hop when compared with Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Galaxy, Simcoe, Topaz, Ella, etc., but definitely good. You need to use a bit more to really get a punchier flavour out of it and it can easily be overshadowed by other hops, so it needs to be the main focus of the beer. It works well with other citrussy/piney/fruity hop though and offers relatively good support.

Cheers! ( looks like a delicious brew )
