Ed Worts Kolsch

Hey guys,

I plan on doing Ed Worts Kolsch for my first all grain. In his recipe he calls for 7 lbs of two row pils malt, and, 2.5 lbs of wheat malt. Is the wheat malt white or red? Also, AHS list pils malt, is this the same as two row pils malt?

Any help would be great!

I would use white wheat if adding to a Kolsch. Yes Pils malts is the same as 2 row pils malts (In most cases )
