Hello all. About two years ago this month I took a shot and made Ed Worts Apfelwein to the letter of the recipe. I forgot about it and just re-discovered it today and it it is looking pretty clear and not bad tasting. I never wrote done the gravity readings along the way but I do remember I was right on whatever they were. I took a reading oday and it showed 1.000. What does this tell me?
