im again searching for advice from my more educated homebrewers, i want to make an IPA with some honey flavor, but ont over whelming, just a slight taste, no aroma will due,. i also want big hop flavor, and right aroung 7-8% alcohol. so here is what i wrote, i am open to suggestions.
