Hahaha I know it's a damn shame. I've been crazy busy. I don't think I can even make it to this months meeting!!! I think we need an off schedule meeting...I'm lacking in the brew days.

Great, but VERY strong. It was my first stirred mash and I got much higher efficiency than I planned for.

I wanna taste some fellow homebrewers beers. I think I finally made a couple that I'm even willing to have others try. I got a centennial blonde, a saison and a scotch oaked cider if someone wants to do a staten islander swap
