I've been lurking for a while but figured I should just register with how much I'm here.
I started with a Groupon from Midwest in October and I haven't stopped since. Extract and did my first BIAB almost a month ago. I have since acquired a free single keg mini fridge and my step-father has built a 2 keg setup I have to keep stocked. Also picked up a turkey fryer and I found an 80 qt pot locally I'm probably picking up Saturday or Sunday.
Name comes from what I do....a lot of dirty chemistry. Seemed to make sense to name my brewery after that. So far everyone likes my beer and it's fun to see how people taste different things or compare them to different beers.
Most of my info has come from books by the C.P. and they've been helpful.
