Dunkelweizen Carbonation Issue...A lot of Fizz but no Foam

Hey there guys,

I have been in the last stage of where my brew has sat in bottles for their 3rd week. I ripped one open and its fizzing like mad. I have no head - its like pouring a dark glass of 7up.

They have been sitting in a dark closet in their bottles and the last sample i pulled tasted fine... (a little sour) a week ago. I get a ton of fizz, and a sour-like taste.

Is this a bomb? Can I recap and cool? Is there any solution here?

I don't know 100% but you might have an infection in that bottle. Did you try to open another one?

some residual soap in a bottle would do this too.
