My dunkelweizen has been in the fermenter for 9 days. When I brewed it,I added 1.25 lbs of dme to try to up the alcohol content a little. My og was .60,from what I could tell using my hydrometer.Since I added the dme, which was an extra, and not included in the recipe,How do I know what the target reading should be? I do plan on leaving it alone for a few more days in the primary. Thanks, also, should I use dme to prime,or corn sugar? I think it is an all malt beer,as I didnt add any sugar to the boil.:cross:
