Hello I use a dual ranco temp controller to control my fermentation. My other question is i like to ramp up my fermentation temp after about 4days or when it start to slow down. Now with my controller when I am controlling both heating and cooling at the same time how would I ramp up my fermentation temp. For example let say I fermenting at 62f an after about 4days or so I like to ramp it up to 68f to 70f.

The Ranco ETC-211000-000 dual-stage controller unfortunately does not support step or ramp operations.
It is essentially two independent controllers that can be operated in heat & cool mode, or twin cool or twin heat modes.

In heat & cool mode you can program the controllers to maintain a common set-point with enough differential to keep them from fighting.
In the twin modes the two AC outlets follow their respective controllers, so you could control two refrigerators (without heaters), for instance.
But there's no notion of ramping temperature from one set point to another.

So you'll have to manually change the set-point for each controller (heat and cool) for each temperature step.

If you want a turn-key controller that supports ramping you need something like
this Inkbird unit or an STC-1000+.

Cheers!
