I'd love some suggestions from folks for dry-hopping a NE-style IPA. I have some of the following: Centennial, Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, El Dorado, Simcoe, Rakau, and ADHA 527.

My friend and I are brewing this on his BrewMagic, and splitting it into two different 5 gallon batches. I'll be using 1318, he'll be using Conan. He only has enough Equinox to dry hop his half with it.

you're going to need about twice that amount for your hop stand and about 12 ounces for the dry hop for a NE Style IPA. Id go Rakau, Cascade and el Dorado
