Dry Hopping my IPA with Saaz??

Hi,

Im making an IPA (recipe in the video) made with EKG and Columbus. I am going to dry hop it with both of these but I also have some Saaz hops to spare.

Do you think throwing them in there will be worth it or will it not really fit in with the other 2 hops?

Hmmmm...I have a hard time seeing Columbus and EKG going together as it is, let alone adding Saaz into the mix. That seems to me to be all over the place. But I say give it a shot. Nothing wrong with experimentation.

The 2 hops so far smell nice together, I think you are right in having doubts though. Saaz in the dry hop with both of them will lose flavor?
