Drinkability Pilsner/ lager

I'd like to get a good recipe for a lite drinkable / chug-able beer. My favourite store bought lite beer would have to be a miller lite. If you have a recipe that could simulate it please holler. Thanks.

Also what type of hops does miller lite use and what's the whole deal with the (triple hopping) that miller lite does? This beer has very lite hop taste. I get a more hoppy taste out of my ipa's then miller. Any thoughts?
