Hey all, first time brewer here. Did an extract kit last Sunday that came with my equipment. Front porch pale ale from Midwest. Lots of bubbling in fermenter for 48 hours and now has stopped for a few days. Hydrometer is reading 1.012 for two days in a row now which is right in my fg range. However being a newbie I'm paranoid about infection. Just posting a pic here to see if this all looks normal. Hoping it's just yeast and co2 bubbles. Thanks so much for the help.

Awesome. I appreciate it! Thanks for the quick response. Also, I'm supposed to go out of town tomorrow. Will I be fine letting it sit to bottle until Sunday?

There are varying opinions on how long it can be left. I've left beers in primary for six weeks before with no problems. Generally for an ale, two to three weeks is considered 'normal'.

Lol would if I could! Pretty happy with the taste unfermented already. Especially now that my sanitizing ocd is at ease.
