Does this look normal?

Hey guys, this is my first BIAB. Everything seemed fine, but after adding my dry hop there's a green foam on top after about 36 hrs. Does this look normal, or is it infected?

The green foam is the pellet hops seperating. Everthing is normal

Coincidently, brewing hops are predominately green
