Six inches of fresh snow on the ground this morning...
All the chores are done...
Football pregame show on TV...
A pot of chili brewing on the stove and...oh yeah...

A fresh batch of stout being siphoned into bottels...
A 10-day primary of Hefe ready to be racked to the secondary...
A two day old brew of APA bubbling away like crazy in the workshop...
Quart jars sanitizing in the sink (trying my first attempt at harvesting my wheat yeast)...

Yep. Now that's my idea of the perfect Sunday...

You know, as boring as some of the busywork is, I really like doing it myself--particularly bottling. Sanitizing I could live without, but I like knowing it's done right (or wrong, as the case may be). But bottling I really kind-of enjoy. Sorta meditative, I guess.
