I've read about Bentonite as a commonly used agent for clarity in wines. I just wanted to know if it sticks to the yeast as well and bring it down with it. If so, then im guessing these clear wines, cannot be primed in the bottle using sugar. Or is there still enough yeast in the clear wine to use the sugar to carbonate the wine after bottling?

It drops everything. I used it in a mead and was blown away by how clear it got. I didn't carbonate thread so I wasn't worried about it . I've never used bentonite then attempted to bottle prime so I can't answer that.
