Does anyone know of a dual threaded 240v element?

I see a lot of three phase elements that have a interior and exterior threads. If we can locate heating elements like these, it would be easier to create element enclosures or even purchase them from the BrewPi store.
Has anyone had any luck in locating 240v elements like this?

I forgot to mention that already have welded a one inch fitting into the side of my kettle
