I'm very interested but the kettle sizes make me weary. They use 15 gallon kettles for the 10 gallon system. I think that a 20 gallon kettle would be better for a 10 gallon boil.

Wonderful typo!! ;-) ............. Those kettle sizes make me weary also. I can just imagine handling 10 gallons of wort..... I brew 2.5 gallon batches. I think you added an e where it wasn't needed ;-)

Your wariness is warranted. (couldn’t resist) I purchased my 10 gallon system from them about 7 years ago. Overall I have been very happy with it, but the boil kettle size always bugged me. I finally purchased a 20 gallon megapot, and had fittings installed to match my original kettles. Much better in my opinion.

Kettles are tiring! I really Schruted that one up. I was thinking about doing what you described; just get a larger boil pot. Any issues with the mash tun or HLT?

Pumps are your friend in these types of situations.

No issues with the HLT. Occasionally, very occasionally, I wish I had a 20 gallon mash tun. Definitely not often enough to justify the cost.
