I am a brand new member, and brand new to cider making, but looking forward to it!
I am hoping someone can help me with documentation and/or assembly instructions and/or users manual for a HOMESTEADER grinder and press from Happy Valley. Mine came early this week with no papers at all, and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at Happy Valley (or their parent co, 855Sheller). I've assembled mine, with half a dozen spare parts :-( , and with several stripping fasteners, but I'd sort of like to do it correctly. Anyone got any docs they'd be willing to share, or advice?

(PS: with the mis-assemblage I did, we were able to press prox 50 lbs of fruit, which is all that was left of the crop this year. Looking forward to seeing how it comes out!!!)
