I think I may have done a bad thing. In my signature you can see when I brewed my last two beers. It was in May. During fermentation everything was kept cool, but afterwords it just sat in the carboys in an air conditioned room. I never secondaryed them. My back has been given me fits and I just dreaded moving them and bottling. Do you think they'll be OK if I bottle next Mon and Wednesday?
