Do I need to be an electrician?

Im thinking about purchasing a temperature regulator for my up and coming kegerator/lagering chamber. Im just curious as to whether i need to be a master electrician or not?

No. But it helps to know how to read a wiring schematic.

Or, have lots of insurance specific to fire if you don't.

You can also get one that is prewired with a cordset. Just plug your fridge into it.

For a few dollars more then NB has them you can get a decent Digital version.

However, they are not difficult to wire at all.

The link above is not a bad price for a prewired ranco. The unit alone is 50 bucks, plus 10 or so for an extension cord...so in reality you are only paying about 15 bucks labor. Not too bad IMHO.
