Do I need camden tab's?

I'm just about to rack and bottle my 1st home brew for many years. It's a wine kit and I've followed all of the instructions but it does not mention adding any camden tablets prior to bottling. Should I add some or bottle without?

You probably have a packet of potassium metabisulfide. Same thing.
