Yep. You'd boil it just like sugar, cool, and add to bottling bucket. Look for online calculators to tell you how much to use.
 
Absolutely!

It is slightly less fermentable thought so you might want to up the qty a little bit.

My 2c; it won't have any impact on flavour and simple sugar (dextose etc etc) will be easier for the tired yeast cells to convert.

Sure you can, I like it better. You can calculate for each style but in general I use one and a quarter cup disolved in a qt of boiling H2O for 5 Gal.
 
i usally put my sugar in the bottle. Where could i find out how much to add to the bottle?? do you add more or less than sugar???
 
I wouldn't recommend it. First, there is NO point in doing this unless you for some reason adhere strictly to reinheitsgebot.

Carbonation is slower. You'll increase the sediment in the bottom of the bottle.

I can't imagine any advantage in using anything other than table sugar.
