I brewed a DIPA was in primary for around 2 weeks. moved to secondary for around 2 months and dry hopped got 4 days before bottling. i was unable to cold crash before bottling because my freezer broke. I bottled on 8/14/14 and over 2 months later it is still not carbonated. I shook the bottle up around 2 weeks ago and didn't seem to make a difference when I tried one tonight. can i open each bottle and add yeast. or could I pour each bottle into a keg and carbonate it that way.
