I am trying to follow a safe start interlock setup as from Kal, and I have a few of these http://www.newark.com/idec/sh2b-05/relay-socket-8pin-10a-300v/dp/13M2862

My question is (1) will these din blocks work, and if they will (2) what relay do I get??

I have found a couple which I think will work, however I will post and please let me know if it will or point me in the direction so I can point, click , and buy.

I use those single and double pole.

I have a few 24v relays for those din blocks. Any reason to use then on the other side of my 24v transformer for my honeywell valves? Only two burners

Double check Kal's design. If he feeds the relay contact output (110v) back to the relay coil to create a "latching" relay than it wont work. You need the same voltage on relay contact and coil.

FYI, most industrial controls are 24V DC and the output of the transformer will be 24V AC.
Check your relays. If they are 24V AC coil you could still rig up the latching function.
