Hi All from Dime Box, Texas
I have recently started brewing, after about 6 years of making country wines, at the insistance of my youngest son. He is 24 years old and has been brewing for several years.
My first batch was a coffee porter and I have just bottled it, patiently waiting until I can crack one open. I have an Irish Red in the secondary which I should have ready to bottle in a few days.
I have to admit that I have learned a great deal from the members of this forum, which I greatly appreciate.
