I'm brewing a Belgian Blond and an Irish Red Ale at the same time. They've been fermenting for two weeks.

I don't know what I was thinking, but read my directions wrong and added the priming sugar while preparing the wort, and am now just realizing it. I did it for both brews. Does that mean that they are going to be bad? Or can I go get two more bags of priming sugar for when I'm bottling and carry on like normal.

The other thing I forgot to do was take an OG. I'm hoping that I didn't mess the whole process up, but fear that I could have. I'm feeling a little scrambled since I messed those steps up and am now questioning what to do next.

Nope they should be fine, just dryer than expected. You will need some more priming sugar when it comes time to bottle

Dont worry, your brews will likely be fine. All you did was add a little bit of sugar, which will slightly raise the OG and slightly dry the beers out. Because it was only the priming sugar, it isnt much of a boost to anything, so likely they will be fine. Just be sure to add more priming sugar when you get around to bottling.

Ok thank god haha. When can I bottle? Tonight? One has been fermenting for 14 days and the other for 13.

14 days should be enough. Your beer will be fine, just add the same amount of sugar as originally planned as the original sugar has all been fermented and will not contribute to carbonation.
