I usually get a real vigorous ferment and toss my dry hops in around 2.5 weeks as ferment is done. I used fresh dry yeast this time rather than liquid, and it fermented very well, not explosive, trub coming out the blow off kind, but really good and healthy yet steady. I tossed my dry hops in yesterday at day 18 and the blow off was burping every 30 seconds or so. Watcha all think? It's still burping today about the same rate. When is this thing gonna be done.....lol Wonder if I should consider a couple more oz of hop pellets when it's totally fermented.... I love hop aroma and it's a pliny type clone.
