Denmark/Copenhagen homebrewers?

Hi @EvanMyl I'm not from Denmark but spent a few weeks in Copenhagen and Ribe a couple of years ago and wanted to say hi. I'm in the US, in Chicago. My wife was doing research on a book that has since been published - that trip was one of the highlights of my life, I love Denmark and Sweden.

We helped these guys bottle a batch at Ribe Bryghus, which was great fun. Their beer was sold all over town, delivered by bicycle, we followed the delivery bike back to their brewery and spent the next day with them. A nice selection of beers that were well done.
