I'm a first time fastfermenter user. I started a wine kit November 1919. I have gone through all the steps. I have been doing a lot of degassing. Still fizzy and I can't get the gravity down for bottling? I'm about ready to dump it and start another batch.? Any suggestions? Anyone?
 
Do not dump it! If the gravity isn’t down yet, it’s not done! The problem with wine kits is the time table, you should throw that right out the window.
