Well, I'm getting ready to come back home from Iraq, and my roommate and I (we're brother-in-laws) have decided to try an all grain brew. We already have a turkey fryer, and making a mash tun seems to be relatively simple. I've done a few extract brews from the LHBS before, but nothing like this. Seems to be pretty easy though, although I can certainly see how it can quickly become more and more advanced as you get more experienced in it. Let me know if you guys think I'm making a mistake or not. I appreciate any input you may have.
