8 lbs Rahr 2-row
3.75 lbs Light Munich
0.5 lbs Cara Malt
0.5 lbs Briess Dark Crystal ~80L
1.0 oz Perle 60 min
0.5 oz Perle 30 min
0.25 oz Perle 5 min
0.25 oz Saaz 5 min
Wyeast 1746 aka Pacman
MASH 154F 60 min
I'm wondering if my mash temp is a little high. Any comments?
