I usually drink 2/3 and add vanilla to the final 1/3, but today I'm adding vanilla after just 1 sip.

Last 2 batches don't have much balance and went a bit too sour, I'm not proud of them. :oops:
Haven't had a chance to brew for awhile with a pregnant wife and now infant, but hoping to knock out a batch by the end of the month.
