Experimental Tart Session IPA at Vivant. First stop on my birthday beer dinner.

Duck nachos on the way :)
Happy Birthday!

A Nugget Nectar vertical. As one could imagine, the glass with much less beer in it is the fresh batch. This was an accidental experiment as it resulted from losing track of some cans in the back of my fridge.

Boon certainly doesn't leave any guesswork in their bottle dating. Exactly two years in the capped 25cl bottle (hour/minutes/seconds/timezone not withstanding) poured from my basement cellar temp of 53.6F (12C). Still highly carbed, gushed a bit sitting on the counter. Quite bitter, very dry, pretty much everything you expect from a Boon geuze. I'm still glad I ordered a case of these bottles, and I'm anxious to see how they hold up over time. Have just under half a case left.
