Southern Swells is killing the IPA game in Jville .

They really are. My only complaint is they fall off a bit quicker than other brewery’s NEIPAs. In my experience you have to drink them in the first 3 weeks or they start to break down pretty rapidly. I’ve had other NEIPAs that keep their flavor profile after 4 weeks. It’s a nit picky complaint for sure but I hope they can tighten that up some how.

What I love about them is 90% of the time I can walk in a week after a release and get cans no problem. Also their berliners are outrageously good. Overall just a really great brewery.
