Hi, I've just begun the homebrew revolution. After almost 30 years making soft drinks, retirement led to explore homebrewing. The two use the same process, sanitation, batching, sanitation and bottling. My first batch came out suprisingly well, the second i'm not so sure of since my FG finished high. But it's bottled now and we'll see in a couple of weeks. finally I've found a hobby that fits into my background but has the added award of being able to cosume that which you create. I look forward to more brewing and also hats off to all the folks here for their advise given in a friendly way.
