Made my 2nd batch of this recipe. Excellent! Can't praise this enough. May a couple changes from the previous.
Used a Bavarian Ale yeast - very active and not yeasty flavor - smooth and clear flavor - apple
Doubled the Dulce syrup - sweeter - I keg and add CO2 not sure how it will bottle
