Hello,

I'm currently using D47 in a ferment, and since the house is normally about 77F in the summer, I have it in an ice bath in the 60-67 range. I'm wondering if after primary fermentation has essentially stopped, I can allow it to warm up to room temp, or if I need to continue to keep cold until it essentially clears. Thanks!
