Cyser Question

I've decided to make a cyser tonight. What's the correct honey (in pounds) to apple juice (in gallons) ration? I was thinking of doing 5 lbs honey and 5 gallons of juice. I'm going to use champagne yeast and I already have a starter going. I'm also making my maple wine tonight.

I've seen recipies using a gallon of honey (12#) and 4 gallons cider.

A cyser should be BIG.
