Batch Size: 5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 3.5 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.089
Efficiency: 35% (steeping grains only)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.062
Final Gravity: 1.012
ABV (standard): 6.54%
IBU (tinseth): 66.63
SRM (morey): 9.11

FERMENTABLES:
6.6 lb - Liquid Malt Extract - Extra Light (68.8%)
1 lb - Dry Malt Extract - Amber (10.4%)

STEEPING GRAINS:
1 lb - Belgian - Pale Ale (10.4%)
1 lb - American - Caramel / Crystal 40L (10.4%)

HOPS (all pellet):
1 oz Simcoe 60 minutes
1 oz Chinook 30 minutes
1 oz Citra 5 minutes
1 oz Chinook Dry Hop for 10 days
1 oz Citra Dry Hop for 10 days

YEAST:
Danstar - Belle Saison Yeast
