Flavor wise there should be no difference.

That will work great!Anybody use lager yeast with this recipe. I'm too busy to go through the whole thread but was thinking about doing 10 gallons this weekend. 5 with s-05 and 5 with lager yeast.

Brewed this for the third time two weeks ago. Today is day 15. Set the chest freezer to 35f before I went on a camping trip on day 12 and today it is looking mighty clear in the carboy. I was a little concerned because I used part of a cake of denny's 1450 and have heard of flocc issues with that, but this is looking like it will drop out really nicely.
Does anyone have experience with the final product of this beer using denny's 1450 yeast? I am really intrigued as to how this will turn out. If not, I will update this thread in about a week and a half or so.
