This is my first attempt at creating a partial mash recipe. I'm looking to make a cream ale with good body and "creaminess", but crisp and refreshing for summer time. I'd love to hear any input/critique. And, because I know this question is going to come up, the Crystal and Vienna are added for a bit of sweetness and body respectively.

5 gallaon batch
60 minute boil
Ferment at low end of the temp range

5lb light LME
1lb Brewers 2-row
.5lb crystal 10L
.25lb vienna malt
1oz saaz hops (60 minutes)
1oz saaz hops (20 minutes)

Coopers or US-05 yeast

Looking forward to input.

Just a question because I'm interested in how others brew, not really a critique. Are you doing a partial mash and how are you doing it?

Also, most malt extracts already have some amount of carapils or crystal10. You should probably look into your LME to see if that is the case before adding more.
