Hello from Mooresville, NC! I am starting to see a bunch of other NC brewers... and the ones near lake norman should definitely get together to brew sometime!!! Currently I am upgrading my system to an all grain one, so it has been a while since I have brewed, but I have a double IPA and cream ale (almost gone) on tap! Also, for the fun of it, here is a picture of the previous 2 creations!
