How long could you safely crash cool a beer before kegging? If I have a beer that fermented, throw it in the fridge to crash cool and then I end up not kegging it, how long before any off flavors occur?
Youre probably good for a while but there are other tings to consider. Is the beer still sitting on the yeast, is there a dry hop going on etc.. If its just cold crashed beer and its safe from O2 then its basically just flat beer that can stay in the fridge for a long time.. Months...
