I just cracked the lid on my bucket. What can i use to fix it ? glue or silicon ?

I brew so affin awesome so my equipment melts! :rockin:

New food grade bucket lids are $1.49 at my local tractor supply. Lowes, wal mart, home depot, and other places have them also. I just tend to be at tractor supply more often picking up other stuff.

Buy a new one. If you need it right now, I would use some electrical tape over the crack and then maybe duct tape to seal it better.

i used duct tape, it seems to have done the job perfectly - thanks !

I'd get a new one for sure! That crack has got to be a breeding ground for bacteria. A 1/2" drill bit will make a nice hole for your grommet.
