Corny Keg Question

I keep seeing brewers post about getting corny kegs for $25. Though I never see where they get them for that cheap. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Cheapest I've ever saw was by one get one free from Midwest supplies which came out to $25, but I've never seen them go or $25 each regular price.
