I've used coriander in cracked (crushed) form, and also as a powder. I've never added it to a boil whole.
It seems the flavor and aromatics wouldn't be quite as strong- has anyone added whole, uncrushed coriander, and had it come through in the beer, both in flavor and aroma?
Let me know your experiences- I'm looking to do a whole coriander addition at 0 minutes for some subtle flavor and aroma.
