So just thought I'd share the experience of coopers pilsner. Made it at lowest temps for the yeast. About 14C. Primary for 4 weeks and then bottled. After 3 weeks in bottle I can say this beer tasted awful, with a strong sulphur smell that you couldn't ignore. I put it in the basement with no real hopes it would be any better. Well 2 months later and here I am drinkin a damn tasty beer. Anyways when I tryed to find info on the coopers pilsner and its bad taste I couldn't find too much. So if your wondering if that awful smelling fruity beer is gonna get better. The answer is yes.
Cheers:mug:
